Healthy workplace

We enter the workplace with needs and expectations regarding

  • trust,
  • fairness and
  • justice in our interchanges with our employer and others in the work environment.

Many of these expectations can be violated in the workplace through incidences of;

  • bullying,
  • incivility,
  • mobbing,
  • harassment, or social aggression

A healthy workplace session can help to improve staff morale, and interpersonal relationships among employees. This session will provide participants with several simple and effective actions to promote a positive and healthy workplace, improve staff engagement, increase productivity and reduce staff turnover.
